One-day Workshop

Persona GLOBAL Greece and Hellenic American Union invite you to participate in the world-renowned training workshop Persuasive Communicator® (PC). PC® provides participants with an easy, practical and directly applicable methodology for effective communication.

Through personalized reports of their communication style, their level of empathy and flexibility, targeted case studies and role playing, participants will familiarize with the different communication styles, they will learn how to negotiate effectively and build sustainable, long term win/win business relationships.

Applications will be accepted until five days prior to the workshop date.

Cathy Christidou

Cathy is CEO of Persona GLOBAL® Greece. She is a certified facilitator of Persona GLOBAL Inc® training programs and has significant experience in organizing and delivering workshops, as well as in business consulting in the areas of human resources management, business development, strategy, organizational restructuring and corporate social responsibility. She is the Managing Director of the consulting firm BPM SA, Vice-Chairman of SESMA (Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms) and she has been in SESMA’s BoD for 10 years. Cathy holds a degree in Operational Research and Marketing and an MBA (Athens University of Economics & Business).
